How We Verify Age
Online orders: by placing an order through this website or via WhatsApp, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age (a valid Emirates ID or passport) before confirming or delivering any order.
At delivery: our delivery riders may ask for valid photo ID confirming you are 18 or older before handing over your order. If ID cannot be provided or shows the recipient is under 18, the order will not be handed over.
In-store purchases: customers visiting our Business Bay store who appear to be under the age of 25 will be asked to present valid photo ID before any purchase is completed, regardless of the product.
