Ordering
How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 769 2567 or +971 52 437 5079, call either number directly, or visit our Business Bay store in person. We’ll confirm stock and price before you commit.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp and we’ll amend or cancel it.
Do you have a minimum order value?
No minimum order value applies, though orders below AED 299 incur a small delivery fee. Orders above AED 299 qualify for free delivery.
Payment & Tracking
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery is available across most of Dubai. Card and online payment options are also available depending on your delivery area — ask us when you order.
How do I track my delivery?
Your rider will contact you directly by phone once dispatched, with an estimated arrival window. For real-time updates, message the WhatsApp number you ordered through.
