These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Emirate Vape Shop website and your purchase of products from our Business Bay, Dubai store, whether in person, by phone, WhatsApp, or online.
1. Age Restriction
All products sold by Emirate Vape Shop are restricted to buyers aged 18 and over, in accordance with UAE law. We reserve the right to request valid photo ID at the point of sale or delivery, and to refuse a sale if age cannot be verified.
2. Product Authenticity
We sell only ESMA-approved, authentic vaping products sourced through authorised distribution channels. Product availability is subject to stock levels and manufacturer supply.
3. Orders
Orders may be placed by phone, WhatsApp, in-store, or via our website. We reserve the right to confirm order details before dispatch and to decline orders where age cannot be verified, delivery is not feasible, or stock is unavailable.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement is the price charged.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates based on our standard coverage areas and are not guaranteed to the minute. See our Delivery Information page for details on coverage, fees, and typical timing.
6. Payment
We accept cash on delivery and other payment methods depending on your area, as confirmed at the time of ordering.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened e-liquids and used disposable products cannot be returned unless faulty.
8. Limitation of Liability
Products are sold for personal, lawful use by adults aged 18+. Emirate Vape Shop is not liable for misuse of products or use by individuals who do not meet the applicable age requirement.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
